What is With Scenes Being Moved Around?

What is with scenes being moved around? It seems 4Kids is moving scenes around as if they are in the wrong place. All 4Kids is doing is wasting time and money moving scenes that don't need to be moved . What is the point anyway? I can name at least more than 10 pointless moved scenes in Tokyo Mew Mew (TMM), but this isn't a TMM site. If it was I would name them. Moving scenes is also pretty pointless because it doesn't change the story, it just messes up the order of events, which can also mess up [important] dialogue. Most moved scenes don't even make any sense because if a scene was taken out of one section and put into another, the plot for that section of animation is totally messed up. Think of it like this: You have 2 blocks, one striped, one polka-dot. Half of the the striped box is cut off and attached to some part of the polka-dot block. Since the patterns don't match, neither does the scenes.
