Episode 6 The Kung-Fu Master I love this episode. It fully introduces Tao Jun. The dub turn's Yoh into a self-absorbed jerk, which is sort of kept throughout the series. All Japanese text has been erased, except on the front of Bailong's shirt. That is about the only thing that survived Mr. Digital Paintbucket's wrath. I'm ashamed to admit that when Jun was introduced, and I saw her for the first time, she scared the CRAP out of me with the coffins being brought to her hotel room (in the manga it was a burned-out Chinese restaurant) and that stuff. My sister thought that she was pretty cool. But as the episode went on I started to like her and enjoy the character. What would Shaman King be without Jun? The term kyonshi is used quite frequently throughout the series. For those who don't know, kyonshi means "frozen corpse"; so the term kyonshi is used when the kyonshi are "sleeping". It's kind of weird because when they are animated they are also called kyonshi, but their not frozen anymore (does this explanation make any sense at all?). In the manga, the term jiang-si is used.
